With its elegantly curved, glassy façade designed to mirror the surrounding riverside landscape, the towering, 41 storey Cairo Grand Hyatt is located on the banks of the Nile, within 10 kilometres of the centre of the Egyptian capital. Catering to a cosmopolitan clientele, Grand Hyatt Cairo offers a spectacular range of international dining options, the heart of which is located on different levels of the hotel, separated by impressive water features, rocks and covered by a glass facade that provides sweeping views of the Nile, along with an open-air dining promenade alongside the river. Grand Hyatt Cairo's Private Yacht, Marquise, also offers three dining venues whether docked alongside the hotel or during its daily lunch and dinner cruise.

The Revolving Restaurant On the 41st floor of Grand Hyatt Cairo is the magnificent Revolving Restaurant. The highest restaurant in the Middle East, it has unprecedented views of Cairo and is 30 metres in diameter and rotates 360 degrees in 75 minutes, bringing the Pyramids, the River Nile and the entire city of Cairo all into view. The Revolving Restaurant offers French cuisine, all specially prepared in the show kitchen. A fine menu of wines, spirits, liqueurs and brandies is also available.

El Sakya El Sakya indoor and outdoor terrace, is located at the restaurants promenade, overlooking the Nile on one side and adjoins the cascading water, bridges and different levels of indoor planting areas on the other side. Relax and savour a meal from the Japanese, Italian, Indian or seafood restaurants.

Hours: 12:00 noon to 1:00 am Okashi Okashi restaurant provides a taste of the Orient with a selection of authentic Japanese cuisine and beverages. Though traditionally themed, it is a casual dining restaurant. There are two teppanyaki counters and separate table seating, where your chef will prepare your food and entertain you. Okashi has views of the water cascade and the River Nile.

Fontana Fontana is an all-day dining restaurant, located on the lobby level with a panoramic view of the Nile. Fontana features European and Middle Eastern specialities, offering breakfast, lunch and dinner buffet.

Choose a fish from the catch of the day, other seafood items or some non-seafood dishes. La Dorada is an ideal setting for casual dining, situated next to the water cascade and facing the River Nile.

Galleria Food Court On the ground floor of the Galleria, located adjacent to the hotel, guests can relax over a drink, a superb meal or a light snack at the food court.
