The Oberoi El Arish Hotel is located at Al Nakheel Beach on the coast border of El Arish in North Sinai Governorate, with its exclusively 700 meter beach on the Mediterranean Sea. The hotel is 300 km away from Cairo, and 250 km from Tel Aviv.

El Arish City is the capital of North Sinai Governorate and is located on the Mediterranean Sea and can be reached by plane or via the modern road network.

The hotel is centrally air-conditioned except some offices in the rear area as they are equipped with split units and it is annexed to the staff accommodation (separate building) and sewage treatment plant (not working) as the hotel's sewage is connected to the sewage network of El-Arish City and a generator room.
